Operator · Strategist · Revenue Generator
Operator, strategist, revenue generator. Two decades building the systems that let artists sell directly to their fans — under their own name, on their own terms.
Kevin Leflar is the founder of Artist Consulting Team (ACT) and ACT Online Brand Services — a global ticketing and e-commerce company built to serve established touring artists. With over two decades of experience in digital brand management, VIP ticketing, and direct-to-fan commerce, Kevin has partnered with industry leaders including Ticketmaster and AXS while keeping artists at the center of every transaction.
From 2001 to 2024, Kevin served as Co-founder, President, and CEO of The Official Community Corporation — a pioneering fan engagement and commerce platform that empowered artists like James Taylor, Santana, Mark Knopfler, and Lyle Lovett to sell directly to their fans under their own name and brand, managing everything from e-commerce to CRM through official artist websites.
Before officialCOMMUNITY, Kevin co-founded InDIMENSIONS (now primal.com) and held senior roles at North American Media Engines. He began his career tour managing Juno Award-winning acts including Blue Rodeo and the Sattalites, later moving into artist management at Childsplay/Boom Town Music — negotiating contracts across distribution, publishing, and live performance for major label clients.
A recognized thought leader, Kevin has spoken at Billboard Touring Conference (NYC), SXSW, The Great Escape (UK), and Transmit China (Shanghai). His work has been featured in The Globe & Mail, Billboard, Profit Magazine, and Report on Business Magazine. He has served as Chairman of the Music Managers Forum and General Manager of Canadians Showcasing Internationally.
Official website strategy, content architecture, and digital brand stewardship. Your online presence managed with the same care you'd give a live show.
VIP packages, premium seat access, and fan club presales sold directly through artist channels — maximizing margin while maintaining promoter relationships.
Product bundles, tour merchandise integrations, and offer design that converts casual fans into high-value customers at every show.
Multi-jurisdictional business infrastructure across six markets. Tax-compliant, operationally sound, structured to protect both artist and enterprise.
Securing preferential seat access and fan offer rights through artist contract riders — a boutique, high-margin model that doesn't compete with promoters.
Full-funnel commercial strategy from fan acquisition through post-show monetization. Built for scale, designed for the long term.
Over three decades, Kevin has worked with some of the most iconic names in music — building the digital and commercial infrastructure behind their fan relationships.
"The artists who thrive long-term are the ones who own the direct line to their fans. Everything else is rented infrastructure."
